The project includes a bathhouse, square, workout zone, training area, and chess площадка. It is designed to improve local services and create better leisure conditions for residents.
Construction of a Municipal Livestock Market in Orto-Sai Village
The livestock market will consist of four sections: parking and dining facilities, sheep and goat section, cattle section, and horse section. A veterinary control post and quarantine area are also planned.
Construction of the T. Taygaraev Municipal Recreation Center and Cinema in Oktyabr Village
The project includes an alley, children’s trampoline area, workout zone, fountain, night lighting, skate area, chess area, history alley, and cinema.
Construction of a Green Zone Alley on Gagarin Street in Oktyabr Village
A public space project that includes an alley, musical fountain, night lighting, and chess area.
Construction of a Tourism Development Road from Kara-Alma to Ak-Tash and Kapa Jailoo
The project involves the construction of a 12.0 km gravel road, opening access to the Ak-Tash, Kapa, and Koyon jailoo areas. This will create conditions for modern recreation and wellness facilities.
Glamping, A-frame Accommodation, and Rodelbahn Potential in Ak-Tash
After the road is built, Ak-Tash jailoo will have opportunities for glamping, A-frame guest houses, and a rodelbahn attraction. Glamping and A-frame accommodation are estimated at 5,000–9,000 soms per night, while a rodelbahn ticket is estimated at 500–700 soms.
